three lovely things

1 // It's finally October which means it's time for pumpkins! I love pumpkins - their various textures, colors, and patterns are naturally beautiful and interesting. Plus, pumpkins are perfect for easy, fun, and festive decor.  Pick your own at one of the great pumpkin patches around Atlanta seen here.

2 // Spending the weekend in Tuscaloosa with friends and family for the Alabama game was such a blast! Alabama tailgating was in full swing and despite an 8:15 kickoff and a sudden downpour, everyone was cheering on the Tide in full force. We had a fun filled weekend reuniting with friends, tailgating and the quad, and supporting the Tide. It was good to be back and see a town so proud.

3 // The Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC) has been opened exclusively "to the trade" for 50 years and today, October 1st, marks the first day that they have opened their doors to the community. ADAC is an invaluable resource for design professionals and now the 550,000 square foot interior design product showroom facility will welcome the general public. To kick off their grand opening, ADAC is featuring a series of events to inspire and educate guests on all that ADAC has to offer as well as the process and benefits of working with a licensed designer. These events will be held over the next two weeks and are open to design professionals and design enthusiasts alike. Learn more here.

Happy Monday & Happy October - may your week be filled with lots of lovely things.
