While I've always been a believer in New Year's resolutions, this year I feel it is especially important. (Let's face it, it's time that I get my act together.) Of course there are the age old resolutions like more exercise, less junk food, etc. etc. but this year by-god I mean it! I got myself a gym membership a few months ago and while I imagined myself becoming one of those early-morning-workout types in reality it's been nothing more than a key-chain with a monthly bill. As far as breaking bad habits, I'm not going to be unrealistic and say something crazy like "no more wine" but hey, I can drink more water. And as much as I hate to admit it my instagram addiction has become quite an issue. So to start 2013 off right and be the best version of myself I have come up with my top 10 New Years resolutions. So far so good... I've already prayed that I will be able to keep them over a nice glass of water.
Wishing you a healthy, happy 2013 full of non-broken resolutions!
I LOVE IT!!! If you could remove 2 things, and maybe replace with 2 others, I would love to post this on the Fridge. Remove YOGA and COOKING LIKE MOM and replace with CURVES and STICK TO LOW CARB RECIPES. Thanks Lauren, I like the top ten list!
