Thanksgiving must haves

1. A stylish (and loose) party dress for the Turkey day festivities
2. A simple and beautiful table setting showcasing the deliciousness
3. A festive cocktail like the Tipsy Turkey - yum!
4. Cranberry of course - try this Cranberry Baked Brie for an delicious and festive appetizer

As Thanksgiving draws near I find myself giddy thinking about all of the festive family fun ahead. With all of the election drama, hurricaine Sandy, and the Nor'easter, I think everyone is looking forward to a time of family, feast, and thanks-giving. Every year at Thanksgiving, my family gathers for a traditional homemade meal and a day of lounging and laughing, reflecting on our many blessings over the past year. With so many people suffering from the devastation of the storms, it's easy to see what all we have to be thankful for and what we take for granted each day. This year, as your adjusting your belt to fit in that last slice of pumpkin pie, remember to give thanks for the little things. The home to gather in, the heat to warm by, and the ability to carry out these traditions we hold so dear. Remember to give thanks and to give back.
