basement bedroom project

I finally completed my basement bedroom transformation. With a little time, effort and creativity I have been able to make it into a warm and comfortable environment. I opted for a lighter neutral tone on the walls, and chose to leave the black accent wall and distressed red floors for interest. My decor is a combination of all the items I have collected over the years in college and at home- it is completely mix and match and flexible, which is just the way I like it. With less than $100 I was able to transform this room into a place for me that is cozy and inviting, now that's a deal!
