Last night, Max and I stumbled upon a peculiar collection of adorable little houses on display in the center of downtown Decatur. After my childlike excitement and designer intrigue subsided we realized that these hand-crafted little homes are part of the annual "Playhouse Build" event held by the Habitat for Humanity. These creatively designed playhouses are being auctioned off to support the dream of adult-sized home ownership to families in Dekalb County and are sure to bring many imagination filled afternoons and precious childhood memories for some lucky little kiddo. What a beautiful concept! The playhouses below are a few of my personal favorites.
