There has been a lot of buzz lately about Atlanta's new restaurant HD1- a "haute doggery" fused from the design and taste genius of Ai3 and Top Chef All-Star Richard Blaisis. Although created by the same team responsible for Flip, HD1 is designed as a "modern beer garden" aiming to be the tall, dark and handsome version of trendy, couture, American dining. Steering away from the boldness of Flip, HD1 opted for more natural pallette with sleek modern highlights. Although the reviews are mixed, it sounds like a must-try. With a Bravo TV winning chef and the design smarts of a team like Ai3, you know it's gonna be good, hot-dog or "haute-dog".
